The Center is two enterprises. It is, on the one hand, an office building providing a friendly and positive environment in which to work and be productive. Equally important, it is s service organization fulfilling roles a diverse as those of a public utility and a private secretary. Few are the Office Business Centers (formerly known as Executive Suites) that have the luxury of having been built from the ground up for that purpose. Most are shoehorned into space that was designed for general office use. By designing and building our own structure, we are able to deliver to our clients a well-planned, reasoned and efficient commercial environment. Exterior offices, soundproofed walls and individual control of office environment are only some of the special features especially tailored for the Executive Suite use.
