Our Bronx studio spaces are available at an array of affordable price points, from $175 to $1,400 monthly. The lowest price points are offered for open-concept space, with private studios available starting at $450 monthly (depending on size and natural light). All studio are equipped with LED lighting, a ceiling outlet, hot switch, and wood floors; some have windows and / or skylights. There are slop sinks on each floor, and all members are welcome to use our co-working space, lounges, and conference rooms at no additional charge.   In addition to our publicly accessible ground-floor café, all of our community members have access to an array of amenities, including: 24/7 access, WiFi, central air conditioning, security cameras, mail and package reception, electric key system, gallery space, conference rooms, exhibitions and maker markets.
