As pioneers in the coworking movement we’ve leveraged our years of experience to create a warm, comfortable, inviting, and productive places to work and convene. Private office spaces with thoughtful but unpretentious design. The main communal lounge and kitchen is an open, airy space with original wood floors and huge windows facing the street that floods the space with natural light. Throughout there is a mix of open coworking spaces with communal desks and tables, personal privacy booths, meeting rooms and lounge areas, and a separate desk den with resident desks and even more large south-facing windows. High-speed Fios fiber feeds a high-performance Ubiquiti UniFi Wi-Fi network throughout the space. The building has a courtyard (with gazebo!), bike rack, elevator, smart lock access, security cameras (exterior and interior), and is ADA accessible.
